FAQs About our Student Apartments
What is the decorating policy?
Residents are free to decorate the inside of their apartment as they please but damage costs will be taken out of security deposits.
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
We provide furniture so residents should bring personal belongings including a shower curtain and twin XL bedding.
Can residents add a roommate later?
Yes, as long as there is availability (for 4X4 and 3X3 apartments).
