What is the decorating policy?
We want you to feel at home! Residents are welcome to personalize and decorate the interior of their apartment. Just keep in mind that any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit at move-out.
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
Great news — your apartment comes fully furnished! We recommend bringing your personal belongings, décor, kitchen essentials, a shower curtain, and twin XL bedding to make your space comfortable and uniquely yours.
Can residents add a roommate later?
Yes! If you’re in a 4×4 or 3×3 apartment, you may add a roommate later, provided there is availability at the time of the request. Our team is happy to help walk you through the process.
